This is our preferred postal service. Please use the following link to make the required arrangements with Royal Mail special delivery service or visit your local post office. Your parcel is trackable and insured up to £500 as standard, but can be increased to £2,500 if necessary. We can arrange for your device to be collected by UPS and delivered to our office by 10.30 am the next day (£14.95, UK mainland). This service is trackable, so please package your device carefully — see the packaging examples below. You can choose courier collection in the enquiry form above, and once your parcel arrives, we will contact you to confirm that your device has arrived safely.
