Partner Program for IT Professionals
Dragon Data Recovery works with a select number of IT businesses, computer repair professionals, and managed service providers on a trade basis. We offer approved partners access to trade-discounted pricing across our full range of data recovery services.
This is not an open programme. Applications are reviewed individually and trade accounts are approved at our discretion. We work with partners who understand the specialist nature of data recovery and who manage their own customer relationships professionally.
What approved partners receive

- Access to our full service range — mechanical, logical, RAID, NAS, and SSD recovery
- Our standard no-fix, no-fee policy on all eligible cases
- Direct communication with the engineer handling your case
Trade accounts are processed at our standard service level. Priority turnaround is available at an additional cost for time-sensitive cases.
Who we work with
Our partner programme is intended for established, active businesses with a genuine requirement for professional data recovery services. We work best with partners who:
- Operate a registered, customer-facing IT or computer repair business
- Take responsibility for managing their own customer expectations
- Understand that data recovery outcomes cannot always be predicted in advance
- Communicate clearly and are available to make decisions when required
Drives that arrive having been previously opened, tampered with, or otherwise mishandled are subject to separate pricing and terms, and are not covered under our standard no-fix, no-fee policy. If you are unsure whether this applies to a device, please contact us before sending it.
